Without “My Brother and me”, “Ahh Real Monsters”, and that other show I can’t remember, this thread sucks.
Just for that, next time Wild and Crazy Kids is on I’m rooting against the black team, you fucking communist.

was it snick at nite or nick at nite?
what was snick?

Snick was Saturday night Nickelodeon, nick at night was just old tv sitcoms Nick used to play every night when it was past my bedtime.
I felt old for the first time when I saw one of my favorites (Fresh Prince) on Nick at Nite.

Angry Beavers signaled the end of the era.
yeah, that might be the last cartoon on nick that i watched consistantly. my brother just downloaded all the episodes onto his ps3. i’m jealous.

OMG,Double Dare. I remember waking up REALLY early in the morning (like 5 o’clock" and watching that. Itwas around the time when we first got cable. Oh and Rockos Modern Life! I fucking loved watching that after school. I remember thinking that I cant believe they go so far with this show. Man what happened? Why did Nickelodeon suck so bad in the early 2000s?

Not even going to lie,I miss being sick from school and just watching Nick Jr all day. They actaully have some great shows on there too like the Busy World of Richard Scary and Little Bear.

I remember Pete and pete, all that, legends of the hidden temple, double dare, hey arnold, angry beavers, like alot of others.

Oh my God… too much win for one thread.

I’m an avid old-school Nickelodeon fan, and actually own quite a few (secret) DVDs myself.

Great thread!

Toss in some Eureeka’s Castle and Muppet Babies. Nickelodeon’s got you covered at all ages!

Anybody know a site to watch hey arnold? I’ve been looking everywhere but all the episodes are taken down because of infringement or something like that :frowning:

Rocko’s Modern Life is the shit! Anyone remember when they changed the theme song? That bummed me out 'cause the first theme song was awesome. Pete and Pete was also killer, and also had a fantastic opening song. I threw a Halloween party with some buddies this past year and some dude showed up as quail man. We didn’t have a costume contest but if we did he woulda killed it. Ren and Stimpy was cool, but if you actually watch it it’s pretty fucking weird. Rugrats was great too. Now that I think about it, all mid 90’s Nickelodeon was awesome. AHH Real monters and Hey Arnold were good, but that’s when I started to phase out of watching the channel.

I didn’t read the thread, but wanted to recommend getting baked and watching youtube clips of “you can’t do that on television”

I watched the shit out of Eureka’s Castle and Muppet Babies when i was a kid! Don’t know if all this stuff has been mentioned yet but:

Hey Dude, Camp Anawanna, The Secret World of Alex Mack, Pete and Pete, Are You Afraid of the Dark, All That, Keenan and Kell, Clarissa Explains it All, Legends of The Hidden Temple, What Would You Do, Weinerville, Figure It Out, Doug, Rocco’s Modern Life, Angry Beavers, and KABLAM! All classics…also, “Stick Stickly” even though he didn’t have his own show.

Check out the mullet!

Ahh memories…

Damn I remember all those shows you guys mentioned, like if it was just yesterday. I also remember Kenan & Kel.

Didn’t realize it was a part of Kablam until I googled it, but this was one of my favorites of all time:

I heart Hey Arnold!!! Helga is my hero. I have a girl in work that’s a heavy breather like the creeper that follows her around. Good times.

I downloaded the entire Pete and Pete series (with the commercial promos) from demonoid for my kids.

Getitdone: YES I WAS ABOUT TO MENTION THAT. KENAN AND KEL WAS AWESOME.
