You mentioned Gillingham a while back. Are you familiar with his bench program? If so, I have some Q’s for you. I strongly considered it, but didn’t select it given my lack of faith in its ability to give me any strength gains.

Sat sled pull was rained out so moved to a med ball core/ab type circuit.

Sled pull 8x3 min drag with 2 min rest between. Alternated forward and backward pulls every other rep.

Trying to get the quads a bit more, strength and development is out of balance and i think that has lead to some hip and groin issues when i get into heavy squatting

Body weight was 201 this morning. Would like to stay between 200-202 and try to get a little leaner but we’ll see. Weight seems to be dropping right now without trying?
