yup thats why i added the lame knee RO like that popped out look. WHIch is looking spectacular, what is your weight now? The rollouts help keep the abs showing with a few pounds on. I am partial to those reverse holds i do, hits real low, feel it for days…

Up your rollouts are anything but lame, believe me. I really need to try those reverse holds maybe my turn to send you vid to check form lol. Weight is 202, had a month of Blue moons, my fav Italian place, rocky road and i have become partial to those egg white breakfast things from starbucks. I just started cleaning up diet this week to lean down a bit. Want to look descent for the big 48 plus I’ll be wearing a suit for the next few months (a few times/week) and need to not grow out of it lol. I am thinking 198ish might be good? We’ll see.

I have a 2x8x8 and just set up an end on the side of a power rack, haven’t measured height but maybe 18" off ground? Stand on floor and just roll up the ramp. When i get to 3x10 then i’ll drop the end down a few inches…repeat…til i get to the floor?
Yes snap, just clean up diet(dont do good on carbs, so carb cycle) good hard workouts and supplemental sled/kb stuff. Simple seems to work good for me?
If i posted food pics from the lobster fest on sunday it will be really clear why i am a few pounds heavier lol. Way too much food!

Hey Maschy, thanks. Yes on the squat and i would superset the SA Snatch with the squat, Db clean/press with the leg press?. Keep the workout more challenging since you can’t go too heavy yet? Maybe try the alternate leg no rest stuff on the other leg things. I think it would help get that hard workout feeling accomplished but still not be able to load up too quickly as your knee is still recovering?
