Thank you ddot, appreciate it.
I also forgot to mention my head, not happy with the positioning, like it to be up just a tad more…more stuff to work on.
Bench day
I think my elbows are coming in just a hair too much, i want to adjust them just a bit more under the bar and see if that helps drive off chest.
Warm-ups
335x1 so so…kinda blah, thought it was slow off chest
315x5 pause…pause on quick side but eh
275x8
Towels were around years ago. I like the towels for several reasons. Easier to handle can stick under shirt for most part. softer surface so touch and go feels like touching your chest. Bar sinks into towel so if you pause you have to hold like a regular bench
Towel bench
315x5
Press behind neck seated
115/8
125/6
135/4
145/2
Weight push-ups hands on 3" blocks
45/8
90/6
125/4
125/2 miss load
Db row
100/8
110/6
120/4
100/10
Lying tri to chin kinda jm press thing sort of
135/8
145/8
165/6
185/4
I like the towel under the shirt
used a yoga mat for a while and that
actually helped
For complexes I usually do 3 rounds of what ever I am doing
to get warm
going for 8 rounds is hard as hell,
I need to start adding them back in one day a week for some conditioning
Thanks kmcnyc…the towels are folded up news paper, wrapped in a few towels then wrapped in athletic tape. So they are kinda stiff but forgiving…
Thanks Matty and K…i am still trying to get better or at least not let age take it away
Ksnap…ha ha ha lmao, i better get my money back cause they ain’t working…life time drug free here baby!!!

I know it was meant as a joke, but I’d take being accused of using steroids as a compliment, but alas no one has ever thought that of me, sigh.
Great stuff German, huge weights with perfect form, your log is like a lifting ‘masterclass’.[/quote]
Thats cause you lift at home. At my gym they think everyone deadlifting more than 225 is using. I kid thee not.

Wow. You should visit my gym, Joe. They use 225 as warmup. On bench.
