I am pleased that I lost a pound of body weight, .4% of my body fat and kept my lean mass. With six weeks to go before my next Pro Show, I’m satisfied with my progress.

I will increase my cardio starting today. I would like to be below 7% body fat when I measure again in two weeks. The hardest part of this, of course, is keeping muscle while losing body fat. I am carrying 12 pounds of body fat.

I am basically ready for my contest. I only needed to lose about 10 pounds of body weight and a few percentage points of body fat. I have done that and I am now holding on to my leanness, cuts and definition. I could apply my tan and hit the stage today. During the next 12 days, I will try to get a little harder without losing size. This is a going to be challenging.
