You probably feel great all day after 5 am training.

Not bad. My IA sergeant left, so I am filling in until we can promote someone new. I’ve been reading so much stuff, I get a little sleepy by the end of the day.

You’re tough. It’ll pass. Bet you’re impressing them at job.

Leg Press From Dead Stop At Bottom Peg:

Leg Extensions:
4 sets x 10 reps x 200

I might be taking the elevator instead of the stairs at work today. That was good.

Your leg presses started with about my top weight. Probably have hamstrings for miles; must be nice.

No. I just have a big butt.

Bench:
135 x 10, 185 x 5, 225 x 5, 245 x 1, 315 x 1, 225 x 5, 365 x 1, 225 x 5, 405 x 1, 425 x 1, 430 x 0 (almost came through my chest)

Treadmill:
15 minutes / 112 calories

Today was max out day. For some reason Robbie thought it was a good idea to through some fast sets of 225 in there. We argued about it, and I lost. 425 was a struggle, but I got it (raw PR). I thought I was done, but he said we were doing one more. We argued, and I lost again. It wasn’t even close. I was out of gas at that point.

Next week is a light week. Both of my shoulders are killing me, so I could use a deload.

Thanks ya’ll. I think the new professional lifestyle is working. Being able to sleep a normal schedule is so important.

Great reading about your 425, AFTER 15 reps w/225 and a bunch other weights’ “warmup”. If you guys weren’t alternating lifts, it reads like Robbie tried to kill you. Other good reading here too; regular sleeping, easing into early am lifting, great job, more time for life stuff. Human feces throwers are probably about your only issue now.

Check out Ben Pollack’s youtube December 1 benching tape. He also has good stuff on deadlifts and squats. Guy’s in grad school to apparently teach strength. A regular walking anatomy chart who deadlifts 800 at 198.

Thanks. I’ll check it out. I don’t really work in the facility. I’m in the administrative office. Still I try to get inside, and walk around at least once a day.

Yeah. Their pretty easy, but I was feeling it a little in my thighs.

Kinda like hip replacement feeling? I get that sometimes.

Maybe a little. Although I am don’t really know what that feels like. :slight_smile:
