I’ll probably hit it again tonight after my daughter gets out of school. She said she may want to workout. I could use some more cardio. I’ll be at work the next two days, which is good. My back is killing me and squats are the plan for Friday.

I kind of screwed up at 470. For some reason I thought my workout was one rep. I completed the rep and racked the bar. I then remembered I had two reps marked down. I had get my mind straight, and unrack the weight again. I left it a little high.
My gym buddy introduced me to apple cider vinegar a couple weeks ago. There are a ton of health benefits to it. Despite the terrible taste I have been drinking a half a shot glass every morning. I noticed more energy and I’ve lost a couple pounds.
On a side note I purchased our plane tickets and made the hotel reservations for the meet in Vegas. Nothing left to do but train my ass off.

snap, it tastes like crap. My wife has a friend who adds stuff to it to make it taste better. I just pour it in a shot glass and go for it. I’ve done some reading and it has a ton of benefits.
