I had a great time with my high school friends last night. A couple of the males keep telling me each time we get together they either want to work out with me or have me show them how. That felt good. It was one of those rare days as well, I could see I have made progress in the mirror. That doesn’t always happen.
We got together with my friends from school again last night after I worked out. One of the ladies lives in Italy and is going back on Friday, so we all met one more time. One of the guys who wants to workout with me was proud of himself. He had to tell me he made it to Planet Fitness two days in a row. I joked with him and told him I could tell. He asked if I could get him in my gym, once he got in better shape. I told him to let me know when. I’m always around.

It’s homecoming at our university. My wife, son and I all got our undergrads at the same school. We went to an alumni event last night and I had too much pizza, nachos and beer. We’ll hit the game tonight and tailgating before.

Wow! What squat session! I would need lots of food after all that.
I think it’s incredible you do 630 on belt squat and 110 on pendulum squat, and you’re far from lazy.
Someday I hope to find a pendulum squat machine to see for myself.
It’s a really great exercise.

Ha. Not yet. I really don’t want to be basset hound. One of my clerks has a daughter who is a great cook. She made me lunch yesterday. It was awesome, but I should not have done it.
