Thanks. I normally hate cardio, but actually enjoy hitting the bag. Happy New Year to you. Hopefully you have a couple Vegas trips planned.

As expected, my knee was hurting this morning. I avoided the treadmill and jumped on the ski thing. It’s a good workout, but really boring. Five minutes is all I had in me.
22 handstand pushups and 355x3 bench. You’re a beast yo!
^agree
Thank you both. I need to start working in the handstands again. My shoulders are feeling a lot better.
Maybe don’t do them more than about 3 or 4 days a week.
Probably a good idea.

Maybe consider finding a strong, dependable workout partner for bench days. Just rooting for ya to get to easy 405s this year.
Yep, my goal is a 405 raw bench. I haven’t been there since my early 20s. I’ve benched over 400 many times with a shirt, but I no longer wear gear.

360 was pretty solid. I’ll go for two or three reps next week. I might have gotten it today, but I had a new spotter.

I had planned to go really light today. My bum knee was giving me fits yesterday. My gym, however, has become very popular with the young people who work for me. Today there were two more, which means the old man has to step up.

It was not too bad tonight. There was just a little bit of danger involved because parts of the driveway were slick with some water and ice.
Sandbag work = beast in training
Well this beast was afraid to fall on his ass packing a sandbag around.

I took the day off to take advantage of the holiday weekend. I almost thought about working out in the garage. It’s currently 7 degrees outside, so that was not going to happen.
