As expected, my knee was hurting this morning. I avoided the treadmill and jumped on the ski thing. It’s a good workout, but really boring. Five minutes is all I had in me.

Maybe don’t do them more than about 3 or 4 days a week.

Maybe consider finding a strong, dependable workout partner for bench days. Just rooting for ya to get to easy 405s this year.

Yep, my goal is a 405 raw bench. I haven’t been there since my early 20s. I’ve benched over 400 many times with a shirt, but I no longer wear gear.
