My friends who have had blood pressure problems did well as long as they did exactly what their drs ordered. Most have been able to stop taking pills and only one of those guys worked out regularly. His was exclusively from stress.

This ends the first wave for 5/3/1 for bench. Next week is deload. I am considering starting it for deadlift as well. On the treadmill I did one minute prints for the first 10 minutes, increasing the elevation each time.
Might google beet juice for lowering blood pressure.
Just read a bunch of your workouts and I think the prowler will fit in very nicely.

I got back into sandbag carries. 200 is a chore, if you are not used to it. I thought about giving up after the first 400 steps. Luckily, I stayed with it.
