I dunno - Arnold looks pretty good for a 65 year old. Definitely not your average retiree.
Hey where you been lately?
I’m still around - just not posting much if at all. I’d rather read at this point. Sick of the same stupid arguments, the trolls and the elitist members who do nothing but put others down. You know, the usual at T-Nation! Lol…

But I am still here, hope you guys all had a good holiday. Happy 2012. : )
Well cool I went on a cruise and stayed drunk for 6 days.

You been gaming any?
Lol - nice.

Yep - Arkham City and Saints Row The Third.

Also upgraded my PC graphics card and have been playing Star Wars: The Old Republic. Amazing game…

Yep about 35% done with Batman, did not pick up Saints yet. Was killing Assassins Creed and Skyrim.

When did the Old Republic come out? That was only on PC correct?

Batman is amazing - fantastic evolution of Arkham Asylum. No AC or Skyrim for me. I love AC but a bit tired of the formula. And I passed on Skyrim because I knew TOR was coming out, and an MMO like that is enough of a timesink! Lol…

It came out December 20th (yes, PC only) but I had early game access because of my preorder so I got to start on the 15th. I already had the entire game downloaded because I got to play in the beta test over Thanksgiving weekend. I picked up my copy on the 22nd but had already been playing over a week.

Ha ha…if you played WoW and liked it, and you’re a SW fan you’ll love The Old Republic…

No I never played the WoW, the original two warcraft games I loved on PC, but WoW was just to much role playing and not real playing if that makes sense. I love SW though they just have not came out with a good console game for it IMO. Kind of LOTR game manufactures just cannot grasp the essence of it.

whats the reasons why old bodybuilding pros, the guys at the top of their game look like just the average joe on the street after they retire and get a bit older? i recently seen pictures of arnold, lou f, ken waller, frank zane, and they look 180 degrees different from their hay day…

the best local guys at my gym looked awsome back in the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and still look the same today.and back then in my eyes some of these local guys looked like the best guys in the magazines… hell, you open up any bodybuilding magazine now and the guys in the ads look as good as the top 10 guys in the big o… every guy in those magazines looks awsome. judging a contest would be very very hard…

but still seeing awsome local guys today that look the same as they did 30-40 years ago vs seeing the top guys how the look then and how they look now is just amazing.

arnold looks like my neighbor, a retired office manager. zane looks like the skinny dad down the street, and waller looks like the local neighbor guy on the barstool…

whay is that? what happened to theie bodies? the local guys are still busting tail at the guy…the best from the past look like crap now, and the awsome looking local guy looks the same 30 years later. only thing changed on the the local guy is hes older looking…
Have you seen lou ferigno lately. hes had some appearances in the hulk movie, with ed norton. that movie is only like 2 years old and he looked huge in that movie. He had an appearance on a series that plays on hbo or showtime. where he choked out some dude. also looked huge. bottom line is, if you continue to train hard, you will look great. if you don’t, you won’t. simple as that.

Gary Strydom looks better now than he did as a competing pro.

^^ Where did you see him? (Off to google)

Well I guess this is rather curremt.

He looks like a beefed up Sam Worthington (actor from Avatar) to me.
