My recluse friend told me last week he got me surprise. I thought he was just joking. I went out to help him with some yard work yesterday, and he wasn’t joking. He bought me a Ninja Pro Blender! I didn’t know what to say. But thank you. I only mentioned it in passing, didn’t think he was even he was listening. Wow!
No. It’s got three blades in it. I am 100% sure it is more blender than I have ever needed! But, it is summer, and I used to make a mean pina coloda. Might have to try it out…lol
I think this one is just about finished. Now, if I can find a buyer, I can get me a new toy. What do y’all think, heavier dumbbells or should I break down and get a kettle bell?
Nutritiondata.com. I remembered this one last night. I think you can plug in combos/recipes, and it breaks it all down for you. Never tried the tracking tool myself, but it does a good job with the macro breakdowns.
The Big Cat is pretty cool; how big it this piece? Is it a drawing, etching, I don’t know enough to tell:)
Good luck

I will check it out. I am skeptical of the apps. Not sure why they need so much access. What happens on my camera, stays on my camera…Bawhahahaa ( like there’s anything interesting on there)
And Thank You. That’s my Jekyll and Hyde Ocelot. One side he looks all sweet, and the other he wants to tear you up. It is 12x16 on ampersand scratch board. It’s been a couple years since I have done one. But, in the past, I have sold all the smaller cat pieces I have made. Have to find a new gallery, because the one I sold the others at closed. Ass wipe! ( Hope he’s happy) And yes, that means road trip!
Thank you, and Happy Mother’s Day to Mrs. Strick. Don’t tell anybody, but the artwork helps to burn off the crazy, almost as much as the weights. Thank you.
So, I downloaded one of those calorie app thingys. It says, I have consumed 3239 calories. And that I need 202 more for today to gain gain 1.5 lbs a week. I took today off, so what I burned was minimal. Hmm… if this thing us right, I’m screwed…lol

Not that concerned about the breakdown at this point, but thought it was kinda cool that it did it.
Cool Indeed. Considering the energy you use to take care of Central Texas as you do, that overall calorie number doesn’t seem crazy; you burn through a bunch! As always, it’s a balancing act with the breakdown. Try out your 3500 per day goal, with this approx. breakdown, and see what happens after a couple weeks. Maybe your good with fat higher than carbs, maybe you swap those around…now that your doing it, you’ll work out YOUR details as you go.
Take me for example, I know the following:
After training + pancakes= very good.
No training + pancakes = pancake coma.
Your results WILL vary
