I will never be able to type/write this date without remembering the day I woke up at a rest area in Nevada and turned my CB on and heard some guy say, that it sounds like we are under attack. I think all us will remember where and what we were doing when we heard the news. May we use the strength we find here for only good and never evil.

I told myself to be content with the 180 pull last week, but oh no! @DBasler put it in my head that I could pull 190. And I did!!! Thank You!!! Couldn’t get the 200, but really think I might make it by my birthday (Jan 1)

I read an article the other day about single arm BB rows for lats. Think I’ll try that next time. Or single arm pull downs. Something. The lil bastards have to be in there somewhere, or it would be my luck that I am the only person born without any…lol
Going to try and spread the BW squats out throughout the day to day. I was whooped when I got home last night and it seemed like a daunting task to get them all in. :smirk:
