and are you doing the 30 day glute challenge or the 30 day hip thruster challenge? im doing the hip thruster one.

I better start with the glute challenge. I have never really done the BB thrusts with any consistency. I have never had a good place to do them. I am taking tomorrow off to work on my gym, new lights, rearrange, etc. My son gets pretty annoyed when I bring the BB in the house…lol

Of course I never used the BPAs consistently either, but I ground my thru that…Hmmm. Maybe I should think on it. It is probably not beyond my ability. Maybe I should just suck it up Buttercup!

ok so to answer your question you can do them together or separately doesn’t matter. work output is work output and the key to the challenges ( at least for me) is just the doing…

I would go with CL squatting while you thrust but I’m really not sure what the hell we are talking about so take my suggestion with a grain of salt.

Well, OG and I were talkibg about the 30 day glute/ hip thruster challenge for Sept, but I personally like your idea much better! I am sure Z would object, but I have some rope, duct tape, and a 4 poster bed… just kidding! Well, about the duct tape anyway. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Perfect!! I consider my job done here. I will even send you the duct tape and throw in two sets of wrist wraps which suck for lifting purposes and can probably be put to better use.

Thank you. Probably could have got 115 or more but went for the sets instead.

If you did 5 doubles at 110 I would say 115 is conservative. You are likely good for at least 120.
