Just that, is it okay to take some extra 5-HTP along with HOT-ROX?
And along the same lines, I’ve searched and searched and searched but it’s DAMN near impossible to find the EXACT milligram content of caffeine in HOT-ROX. Can anyone fill me in?
As far as the caffeine content of Hot-Rox/Red Bands, it seems to be a well guarded secret.[/quote]
I remember something a while back of the caffeine dose being pretty low. Something like 50mg per dose of HOT-ROX which is way lower then the 200mg used in most diet supplements.

5-HTP before bed?? I’m primarily taking Hot-Rox in the mornings before my cardio for a little boost. So I was wondering if adding some extra 5-HTP to it was ok?
hahahh YUP! I searched for a LOOONG time and found no definite specifics on the matter… If anyone could let us in on this secret?..
Why not as long as the product really have 5 htp in the capsules! What it does is raise the level of serotnin which makes you feel a bit good. I like to call it happy pills. It’s actually a good supplement to take for those who took escasty as your brain completely used up all of sorotonin in 3-4 hours, that extremely high pleasure that you feel. Afterwards, you will feel really crappy or in a really bad mood for a week or 2 (yes that long). That’s what 5 htp is for to reduce the sorotnin recovery time but i dont know how much. You’ll certainly feel better though. It might be also very helpful for those on keto diet as you need carbs to raise sorotnin level. You know how moody we can be it the carbs intake go too low.
