She Say and I go there like three times a year and always order ‘just plain coffee’…The Barristas look at us like we’re crazy or loosers and repeat our order 2 or 3 times.[/quote]
They have good espresso. Only thing I’ve ever had there.

You can get much better espresso than starbucks’, but it takes some work to seek out. Locally roasted coffee, freshly ground, and made properly, can be amazing.
I know lots of people with less than perfect physiques or habits opting for diet coke and it makes great sense. It tastes the same as the regular stuff and it`s not worth taking in the extra sugar when you could have something much better for the same cost.
Reminds me when I used to smoke and I also used to ride a bike. People (dumb ones) were always giving me a hard time for cycling, since I smoked I should just lay down and die lol “omg why bother if you’re going to smoke lolol”
Almost NO ONE is all out one way or another. Most sane people make compromises everyday and juggle joy vs damage and sometimes opt for one and the next day for another. I take care of myself and can be extreme at times but it’s also a hobby for me.

so…fat people shouldn’t try to make healthy decisions with their food?
I’m sick of the “diet coke with that big mac” example. “Haha, that slob is taking in 1500 calories instead of 1800, what an idiot.”
Less calories is less calories. If you’re overweight it doesn’t mean you need to say “fuck all” and go for broke because things are never going to get better.
Obesity is super crazy here in south Texas. San Antonio used to be the fattest city in the nation. It may be still. They are so abundant that I hardly think about it anymore. But I do hate seeing them feed their children shit.

I hate seeing kids get messed up so bad by parents who are too lazy to prepare proper meals. A guy i went to high school with has a 4 year old son who has a thick double chin and serious boobs. He has fast food every night…nasically eats like the average college freshman
Kid is fucked from the start. I dont talk to the dude anymore for this reason. It makes me sick. I know if i brought it up id be " a prick who only cares about working out" and “look at him he is lovin it”
Poor kid is gonna be wearing a 54 in pants by 2nd grade.

Ya its sick. Of course generally you hear that its “genetics”. Of course it is. It has nothing to do with the 4 frozen pizzas, liters of soda, and boxes of sugary cereal in your cart.

Yes thank you!! I had a simillar situation when i was in the service. I smoked ALOT and people would always talk trash yet when it came time for a 2 mile run I typicaly finished with 12:40 or lower. I would run by the nay sayers reminding them that I smoked two packs a day, of course they were to out of breath to respond to me.
How do you know that guy wasn’t dieting and was already down 20 pounds? He was inquiring about something he thought would improve his health and you mocked him for it?
