Well, I was supposed to do deadlifts and junk yesterday, but stuff happens, so I get pushed back, no biggie, will still have my lazy saturday.

Leg Press - cybex, 45 degree weight plus machine weight

230x10,10,20 - nice burn on the last set
Leg Raise - off bench, squeeze dumbbell between feet
