Dang its been a long time since I have been in the gym. Very busy lately, work shift changed, etc. Well, going to start going in the morning… empty stomach, so not going to try and lift heavy, going to work more on stamina, and ‘aesthetics’ I guess, hehe.

Mon, Wed, Fri, daughter can get the little one to school, so will go in and do a full-bodyish workout like this on those days. Tues,and Thursday, will try and see if I can get the boy to daycare a hair early, and get to the gym for a 2 or so mile run, or some other little bit of cardio.
I’m going through a stamina and aesthetic stage too.
I take it if you’re going ATG that you’ve brought your stance in a bit or can you get there wide stance?

Yes, actually I have brought my feet in a few inches. They are right about shoulder width, maybe an inch wider. My toes are closer to straight forward too. It was impossible for me to go lower than around parallel with the wider stance, your assumption about the closer one was right, hehe. I might have a womanish big ass, but not their loose hips.

Felt weak as hell, the run was hard to finish, the other stuff all felt heavy. I stopped after the squatting the 135’s because I was light headed, heh. I only ate once on sunday, about 1:30 in the afternoon, but it was a huge meal, and didn’t eat anything this morning before the gym, so figuring maybe i was just out of gas totally.
