Started at 75.4kgs, cleaned up diet a lil and went down to 73-ish kgs. Went on a surplus till mid march, 77kgs . Dropped back down to 71-ish kgs until getting sick recently and being all fuck it. Bodyweight in after photo is at 73kgs.
Not much to show since I don’t have much muscle to begin with hah. Oh wells.
Definitely enjoying the look of my physique more and more as I add calories and fill back out. Weight is fluctuating more now, but the weekly average is still dropping slowly. This is my favorite set of comparison pictures, even though I don’t look super lean in the “after”. Same conditions, lighting, etc.
Last week everyone… Bring the pain and take the pic’s. I’ll start the voting thread on the 8th
I think I’m just going to create a poll and have the initial post point to this thread. It sounds like too much of a hassle to get everyone to repost their pics in the new thread, or to go back and find the links myself. But you are welcome to do it in that new thread to make it easy for everyone.
Thanks dude. I definitely don’t think I look 25 lbs lighter in the afters, especially looking at the legs.
Quads have really benefited from all the higher-rep, tempo, and metabolic-type training over the last few months. Not too bad for a guy who hasn’t been able to back, front, or smith squat in about 2 years.
As a fun aside towards the end of this thing, if anyone is looking for a “fat loss workout” that will have you questioning why you chose lifting weights as a hobby, do any of the “day 5” workouts from the Waterbury Summer Project phases 1,2,4
@T3hPwnisher - I know you arent in on this but you like these kinds of lift medleys too. The one from Phases 1 and 4 were particularly shitty, so you might like those the most
