Official 2019 T-ransformation Announcement Thread

I’m down around 9lbs in 2 weeks on a very aggressive short term cut. Eating at 1800 cals.

Had a blow out today as it’s my sons 2nd birthday and ate my recent daily cals in 1 meal! No regrats.

Aggressive diets can benefit greatly from cheat meals, so you might even be on track more with that slip up

Have a clinical rotation coming up for school so I trimmed my beard. Quickly realized I didn’t know what I was doing and should have paid a professional.

The transformation challenge is for, “the most visually significant progress in six months” so I think this should be factored in

Most certainly, it’s like I’m a balloon and yesterday i put some air back in! I was already 1000 or so cals over so finished it off with a triple whopper meal.

Looking much fuller today which has made me look leaner. Only a week left until my planned stop date, but may push on depending on how I look/feel.

I called my “cut” a few weeks ago when I hit 210 lbs. My initial goal was 215 and then I decided to go for 205. Somewhere along the way I took an unhealthy turn. I became too obsessive with it. I was even driving my wife nuts because I was questioning every food that I didn’t cook and always talking about my weight.

I called the cut off early to save my sanity. And as an update to those of you who saw my post about that, I’m doing great now!

I still think about my weight and kind of wish the scale was still moving but I’m much happier at maintenance. I’ve eaten Easter candy every day this week. My wife and I killed a 12 and 6 pack of beer over the week. I had five normal sized pieces of dessert at lunch on Sunday too. Despite all that, I weighed 211 this morning.

I also think I’ve managed to stop talking about my food and counting every calorie. I haven’t tracked my food in a week either.

Life is good. I also just smashed a glorious back session in the gym. If I didn’t have to go mow the yard then I’d be on top of the world right now!

I’m mowing shirtless.

I like that wording, and I will start using it. It will make me feel better about my beer consumption (even though my wife doesn’t drink beer).

I think for lunch, my wife and I will devour a large pizza. (cool, it works for other things too!)

Gained 26 pounds so far since December 26th. I had planned to start cutting a while back but eating is so much fun. It’s time to get serious though and drop some weight so I can hurry up and start bulking again. I miss eating everything in sight and it’s only been a few days.

Not much progress but it’s some and exciting to see. I’ve got a little more graphic relaxed picture in my training journal that looks more of a transformation than this but figured I’d spare the masses haha.

That’s some solid work, Legs and lats stand out as gaining quality mass, not much fat added either. Great stuff!

After a few sets of squats today I think I need to tighten up the lever belt again. May reintroduce peanut butter to the diet to avoid the hassle.

Oddly enough, weight has consistently gone down but didn’t notice much of a physique difference when I took a picture over the weekend

My cut is officially over. I have 5 more days to holiday and there is no chance of limiting calories or carbs when I’m there. Nor do I want to!!!
I’ll still add up some photos when I get back from hols but this is as skinny as I’m going to get !

If this is the case then snap some photos now. You don’t have to submit them yet but at least you’ll have them in case you swell up like a pig in Bali. :wink:

No cheats! The rules say you can call your T-ransformation any time you want.

In that case I’m calling mine sometime in 2022.
