Here’s my final look. I havent been able to lift in 2+ months. Finished the last few weeks at a MAJOR daily defecit (avg 4500 cals burned/under 3000 consumed) due to massive work load. Oh, and moved across the country. Busy couple months. Got too skinny, lost muscle mass. 2019: here I come.

Very late, apologies, but I dont think there was any risk of me being in the running anyway.

There is a before picture somewhere in the thread, as well as an interim ā€˜after’ where I’d lost a good bit of weight, I can’t find either for the life of me. My ending ā€˜after’ photo is post bulk, so probably looks closer to my ā€˜before’ photo lel.

Thanks. Next meet is 4th August, so need to cut back closer to 82.5kg for that, probably get down to 85.5 and water cut the rest. After the comp plan is to cut hard for a month or two and actually get lean for the first time this year
