Official 2018 T-ransformation Announcement Thread

I’m headed to the beach for a much needed week of vacation, so I’m submitting a little early. This didn’t go how I wanted it too, but I’ve been training hard and eating pretty big and I think it turned out pretty well. Finishing up here about 7 pounds heavier (194) and I probably leaner to boot.

Figured we’d do basically like last year. I’ll post the pics and voting poll towards the end day of the 8th, because stragglers, and voting would be over the next couple of days.

No problem, Yogi. Post a pic whenever you can. If you want to. No pressure.

Ok, here’s my (very sandbagged) final effort. There’s a category for going backwards, right?

That week will be helpful.

On the Brightside, I’m south of 220. Last week of starving myself and working 14 hour days has paid off. Also, my wife pointed out a calf vein. Sadly, I’m not nearly as lean as I want to be and will be going to July 1.

Lol!! Not sure If compliment or diss.

So, the T-Ransformation challenge is going to end!
After a few months of “suffering” I’m ready to post my final pics, but, before that, a little explanation of what I’ve done;

  • I dirty bulked from september to late february. Maybe it was a wrong decision, I’ve accumulated too much fat, especially around my waist. Skinny fat people have a terrible destiny :joy:
  • In late february, the change; new house, with my girlfriend. She is a nutritionist, and we began to organize my cut.
  • I’ve switched my training to 5/3/1 templates, this has been a game changer for me. Simple, brutal and powerfully effective.
  • My girlfriend took care of my diet (both cooking and organizing), a simple diet, based on carb cycling accorded to my training. This is the best diet/training combo I’ve ever tried.
  • My only cardio, from february to late march was a weekly bike ride. In april I started running at the soccer field, peaking in may while I was running fasted almost every morning.
    Some data:
  • Age 28 years
  • Height 188 cm (6-1)
  • T-Ransformation Starting weight 85 kg (187 lbs)
  • Cut Starting weight 88,3 kg (195 lbs)
  • Final weight 76.2 kg (167 lbs)
Here are the pics. The official T-Ransformation “BEFORE” pic:

And, finally, my official “AFTER” pic for the challenge:

So, this was my journey. Finally, for the first time in my life, I have been seeing my abs!

PS: My girlfriend lost 7 kgs too. She was always with me in the gym and on the field. She is incredible, I can’t imagine all this hard work and sacrifice without her support.
