Could someone give me the equation to calculate the number of grams of test Iād need to make the whole transformation in the last couple of weeks? Asking for a friend.
Wendler once said that, for powerlifting, whatever you want to total, thatās what you should take.
So expanding that logically, to add muscle and lose fat, multiply what you want to weigh by your target body fat and you should be all set.
200 lbs x 5% bodyfat = 1000 grams of test?
or am i taking 5% of 200 lbs, for 10 grams of test? ⦠or is it 10 lbs of test?
Math is confusing.
Better yet, say 150lbs x 30% bodyfat. 4,500 grams of test. We can call it the Devito Protocol.

Having next to no experience with the stuff⦠1g test/week seems like a ballpark figure to get to 200lbs at 5%, no?

I think I accidently did a recomp. From 178 to 167 to 175 with better abs than at 167.
3lb difference between these 2!

I know this isnt the flame free confesion fed but⦠I kinda wish the T-ransformation was starting in 2 weeks.Iāve been in solid gain mode for like a solid year now and I think im starting to⦠āspill overā (as in my love handles are spilling over my shorts)
Think big picture. Go for best transformation from '18-'19. Thatās what Iām doing. I have no intention of cutting for my after photo.
