We’ll see how many are still in by the end.
Cheers @Chris_Colucci
What’s the script with before pics? Mines are in my log. Do you have to put them up in here?
Done. Just get those pics up ASAP.
As close as possible to the 1st. If you’re okay with us all having a 24-hour headstart on making progress, it should be fine.
Unfortunately/realistically, true. We’ve got over 30 entries so far, from experienced members to some folks who signed up just for this. We can hope and expect the momentum to carry through to the end but, as painful as snapping that Before pic might’ve been, starting is actually the easiest part of the whole thing.
Sticking with it for the next 21 weeks is the hard part. Staying engaged is definitely helpful, either by keeping a log, posting around the forum, or even just posting here in the discussion thread. People who lurk, post once at the start, then go back to lurking have a higher chance of slipping through the cracks and not finishing because you’re lacking the accountability that comes with knowing a couple dozen people (if not more) are waiting to see your results.
In the log is fine, but I don’t see them there.
that’s a cheap shot, baby!
Did you post pics somewhere?
haha, no…
Honestly, I’m planning on having to not cut at all this coming year so I doubt there’s much point me even entering this.
Come on mate.
Go and bang out a few push ups, get the camera phone out and do us Scots proud
Lol, bro, I’m 220 @ 5’9"…
When you put it this way it sounds like I don’t have much time. Crap. If I’m lucky then I’ll get released to train fully in 10 weeks. Good thing this is a physique challenge and not a strength challenge…
But I still luvs ya! ![]()
Started training log and posted pics … All In for 2018
Since everyone is posting here, I’ll add mine even though I added to my log already.
I really need to straighten out my back for the next round of photos… horrible posture!
I don’t think your back is a problem, maybe some slight rounding at your shoulders but nothing a few face pulls wouldn’t fix. Personally, I think your issue is APT (Anterior Pelvic Tilt). There are tons of guides for fixes online that could help.
That or you are practicing a pose for your next bikini comp !!!
Im still a bit undecided if I’m going to go 100% this year as I have shifted focus… but given how lose my diet has been the last 4 months I’m actually surprised to see I am starting off this contest much better than last contest. I think I’m in a good position to at least equal my previous level of condition, and likely beat it if I go hard the last 8-10 weeks.
Photos posting here are my original T-ransformation 2017 comparison, then on bottom the starting condition of this year. Unfortunately my nice camera broke so I only have my iphone to use right now, thats as good as its gonna get I guess.
You have to click the photo to see it all, its kind of long.
You all better be kicking ass already ![]()
