The finish line is now only 17 weeks away. If you/I/we are gonna step things up into full-out cutting mode, now’s the time.

Missed or half-assed workouts, “shouldn’t have had that” meals, and excuses to skip cardio really need to start being minimized.

Sorta-related note: The February check-in thread is up, if anyone wants to toss up 4-week progress pics. I’m up a pound and a half, which is the same as saying I’m the same, which is the same as saying I got work to do.
