, nope, but a car going X amount packs a lot more foot pounds vs a bullet, if you’re talking pistol. a 50 caliber rifle might approach a car, but that’s about it. and it’s all dependent upon how fast the car is going and how heavy the car is. Also remember, bullets make holes, and the pavement makes broken bones, abrasions, and internal injuries.
Meaning, they hurt you differently. Take away the hole thing, and you’re average martial artist hits a lot harder than a bullet does. But it’s that hole thing that causes the leaking and power shutdown that gets you. As an aside, people survive pistol wounds 1/10, while surviving knife, rifle, and shotgun wounds 1/4 on average.
