So let me get this straight…
The guy built all of his muscle mass by “bulking up” for a few years, then he took 5 months to get very lean, and now he’s selling a system that is going to teach you to do the opposite?
He doesn’t appear to have gained any muscle from his own theory, making this one of the most absurd sales pitches I’ve ever heard.
thank god he only has a 330 views
I’m impressed that these guys are on OFF-SEASON shape, to me that’s pretty fucking impressive already

Some of the guys are getting up there in body fat but the vast majority are NOT fat like some like to make them out to be. A guy who takes a full year off and hides away to try to put on maximum size like Yates used to do has a little more liberty but many of these pros have guest posing events and appearances most of the year.
Shelby who I posted is low teens BF% wise if you had to guess and looks good year round but consistently makes improvements. Jerk does no cardio in the offseason ![]()

This guy is a genius - he ate, gained bodyfat and mass, cut down…then attributed the muscle gained to his bodyfat reserves. So basically he just said that you can turn fat into muscle…
Which means that the fatter you are, the more muscular you’ll become…

He’s guest posing. Most of them aren’t going to look their absolute worst if they know they have to pose in stage in a week.
With the rise of the internet, there are more opportunities for these guys to get noticed outside of just competition coverage. Kevin English gets up to or over 270lbs in the off season…but I have only seen him guest pose at around 260 or less…meaning we haven’t seen what he looks like at his absolute heaviest body weight in the off season.
