Not really. When they catch guys for steroid use, they add in as many charges as possible because getting them for possession alone usually isn’t enough. That is why they nearly ALL get hit with “intent to distribute” even if they never sold any…because the dosages they use and the amounts are more than the courts have listed as “single user amounts”.

It doesn’t even mean he actually “dealt” any computer parts or any steroids to anyone else.

I agree that the situation sucks. I think it’s wrong. But honestly, who gets charge with smuggling small computer parts? I’m curious as to what that even means.

It likely means they simply couldn’t find anything else to charge him with. You can bet if he had a gun in the house, they would have raped him for it.

I honestly thought “computer parts” was just a euphemism for AAS.

i imagined him driving a stolen van full of printers.

[quote]Kerley wrote:

This is why its funny. I imagined something similar. And if they charged him with smuggling, he was caught transporting AAS and the computer parts across a border, or into a secure area, or something similar. Which seems pretty foolish, regardless of how anyone feels about the AAS laws.

I imagined a scene something like this:

cop: “where’d you get this?”

guy: “I swear, the cell isn’t mine, I’ve never seen it before.”

C: “we’ve got the phone record, there are numbers in here to people you know.”

G: “I swear, this is a setup…”

C: “there are some suspicious apps on here too. Pretty incriminating stuff, we’re talking serious time.”

G: “I don’t even like apps”

C: “So you are admitting this phone isn’t for personal use, that’s intent to distribute and another 5 to 10.”

Cop2: “We found the charger, this guy’s going away for a long time.”

Remember way back in the day when people actual posted pictures of off-season bodybuilders in the Off-Season Bodybuilding thread?

This guy probably only eats chicken and broccoli all day.

This guy probably can’t even walk up a flight of stairs.

My bad. Is this better?

I LOLed because of this “hide in Poland” and how da fuck I could think that this stupid parts were really the reason that he is in prison right now ;]

From polish forum: “he was producing, smuggling & dealing steroids in Kielpin, Pomerania in Poland” where he had a GYM in “old factory building” and a lots of “illegal SMALL computer parts that were also smuggled” (I think in 2006 it was illegal in all EU).

Steroids dealing in Poland are so fucking obvious that cops don’t even care about this anymore… so they really try to find smth more on him… or the scale of smuggling were fucking BIG.

----- THE END --------

“Wrath”'s here!

I love this kind of build… OLD SCHOOL with NEW SCHOOL in one body.
