Hello everyone, my name is Darnell and Im not exactly a beginner. I used to lift back in highschool, took a few years off and started lifting again back in november.
My question is do any of you guys have off days when lifting? days that you lift, and can barely lift weight that you can normally lift 8-12 times on a normal day?
seems there are three days you have in training Most fall in the middle average in a training sense. Then you have a few a years that are Un friggin believable, and a few that are utter crap.
As long as the crap one are not frequent then its all good, if the AWESOME ones are frequent keep doing what you are.
