I have started eating according to the massive eating reloaded article and I have a question. What should I be eating on days where I don’t work out. It doesn’t seem entirely safe to only eat P+F on off training days. Should by calories be restricted those days. I work out 3 days a week like Chad Waterbury recommends. Should I just eat the same everyday?
You essentially eat near the same every day the timing and a few food choices change total intake should remain high remember you progress and grow OUT of the gym.
Pretty much you just in massive eating switch the P+C to the early in the day meals and P+F late and dont have as much or any simple sugars like a PWO drink Goal and personal dependent
