I feel your collective pain. I dislocated my shoulder a few days ago after 2 weeks with the Waterbury Method. I hadn’t done total body sessions in a while and was making some pretty good gains. To have to stop for injury recovery is frustrating as hell.
But to echo what others have said, I have come back from injuries/setbacks in the past and regained strength pretty quickly. I’m making sure I’m ready to go this time before starting back. Last time what started as a very mild injury ended up putting me out for about 6 weeks because I never gave enough time to recover.
