OCTS and Jacked Athlete 31

A few questions so sorry if it’s overload. I appreciate that you’re a busy guy

I’ve your OCTS course and seen the Jacked Athlete 31 article series and loved them both :+1:

  1. Would it work if I sort of combined the 2?

Accumulation phase with a gap workout
Hypertrophy week
Intensification phase with a gap workout
Hypertrophy week with rest-pause
Explosion phase with a gap workout
Hypertrophy week with rest-pause and drop set

  1. My work/life sort of dictates that I train on a Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri. What would be the best way to split the sessions?
    Mon - eccentric
    Tuesday - gap workout
    Thursday - concentric
    Friday - isometric

  2. If I’m doing the power clean from hang as one of my skeleton program exercises, how do I overload it eccentrically? Lower to blocks, remove some weight, clean from blocks
