That is fucking hilarious coming from you. A drug dealer.

Why? What does me owning a research chem company have to do with the fact that I don’t get lost in the details?
Jealous?
Oh…wait…you are accusing me of selling steroids? That’s rich. And a lie. Do I have an interest in the dartkside? Your damn right. So much so that I am part owner of the 4th largest research chem business on the internet after only 6 months of being open.
I don’t see anything in your profile that suggests you even lift. I have seen you smoking a certain former contributor’s dick - but somehow that doesn’t strike me as resistance training.
If you have an issue with me - start a thread about it. I’ll be glad to take you on. But get you bullshit talking ass out of deano’s thread.

Too catabolic. Did you drink 12.7 ounces of Surge and eat 0.9 bananas to preserve your lean muscle mass on your crazy journey?

Reminds me of an old guy I once knew, who when asked how he never gained a ton of weight over the years, just said, “When the belt got to tight, I ate less”.
People are bound to overanalyze, but most times it’s those that keep it simple and do the basics right that go the farthest.

No, he didnt. He was too busy logging it into his Fitday account to do any of that and completely missed his 13 minute PWO time limit.

Try multiplying your LBM by your height. That will give you LBM per foot. Easy and to the pint without using the BMI. OF course being so close to the fucking ground - you would only need to weigh about 120 pounds to be at 10 pounds/foot.
No, that will give you LBM feet, not “per”. You’re confusing multiplication with division.

Im 215 at about 8% bf. That would make my lean mass about 198.
Deano is huge, Prof X is huge, I’m medium and you’re small.
Well, here’s some good news. You’re bigger than Dean. You have 2 lbs LBM on him.
BTW, Dean is not the real Goldberg, in case any of you were confused…
Also, I don’t understand all the tall guy whining. You started with more mass than the short guy. You’ll finish with more mass than the short guy. And in between, you’ll probably have more mass than the short guy (like when comparing Dean and myself).
You might not be as thick in between (lower LMI). And you might not be as strong, with longer levers. But, there’s always a rub.

That 13 minutes is crap. I just came up with a polynomial function based on
,which when graphed, creats a blank spot in the graph, that can be interpreted as Infinity! HaHa! An infinte anabolic window!
Realy though, I can completely understand the intention of this thread. The other day a guy posted abut feeling a little “foggy”.
This was followed by responsed ranging from geting a psychiatric evaluation to having a full run of blood work done.
Never mind starting with the most obvious first, lets jump right to the neuro-chemistry.

And you say you’re an accountant?
Lord - you are a stupid little fuck, aren’t you?
I’ll type very slow, and hopefully you will keep up.
If you take your LBM - expressed in pounds - as the numerator (top number in a fraction) and your height in inches as the denominator, you will get pounds of LBM per inch.
I don’t know what the hell you are calling LBM feet. It’s a standard ratio. Ratios are expressed in numerator units per denominator units. Think of yards per catch, yards per game, points per game. How do you arrive at these ratios? I’ll leave that mystery for you to figure out on you own.
It is used by Dante in Dogg Crap training. I think I will go with his calculations and implementation over your bullshit numbers.
As for your LMI (LMAO!!!) taking height out of the equation - that is impossible to do if you use the BMI for anything, as height (in inches squared) is the denominator, such that the taller you are the lower your BMI. Your bogus formula gives short fucks a distinct advantage - actually weighting the calculation in favor of being built closer to the ground.
Now take your calculator and measuring tape to the beginner’s forum. I am sure you can convince some of highschool kids you are smart - if not down right ripped.

Seriously, I mean he couldn’t be bored or anything simple like that right?
I do have to admit that while I do like to think, and I do think tools have their place when working at the extremes (such as getting contest ready or in high end competitive levels), I’m not following anyones program, tracking or logging consumption or anything else on the front end.
However, I do track what I’ve done in the gym, so I know what I used last time I did something. I just wouldn’t remember accurately if I didn’t write it down. Previous numbers tell me what to improve on this time out.
I’ll also track a few measurements, to make sure I know if things are going in the direction I want. It’s also nice to be able to see I achieved X, or went from A to C over the last so many years.
So, I guess that means I’m tracking results.
I did however go through the food logging phase and blindly following posted programs as written, because at that point I knew exactly jack shit about anything.
I agree for the most part. I think micromanagment can be a usefull tool for some & a stepping stone for others, but it should never run your life for the long term. I was guilty of it when I started & without getting OCD I probably would not have had the focus required to stop drinking and move on with my life. I have since learned moderation & made it a life style. Myself, I would rather spend time with my 2 yr old daughter while i’m home than spend half a day in the gym. I still lift 3-4 times a week as work and family allows, but never letting it take priority over my life. I respect all you guy’s & gals who make time in your life for self improvement.
As for the magic formula guy, show some respect to others who have much more experience than you & stop before you look like a bigger ass than you already do.
