Pretty sure you won’t hear about this during the next fawning interview. Disgusting:

I don’t think anyone on the Democratic side - all Senators or former Senators - even took a position against partial-birth abortion, did he/she?
Hillary: Hillary Clinton on Abortion
Edwards: John Edwards on Abortion
Obama: Barack Obama on Abortion
Nope…

And the last time you got pregnant was when?

What difference does that make? Is a mother allowed to murder her baby when it’s foot is still in the vagina but a father isn’t?
Don’t hide behind gender.
I posted about Obama not opposing the legislation of abortion survivors in another thread. There is a name for this…it’s called infanticide, plain and simple.

You must have missed this part of the article:
“One night,” she said in testimony entered into the Congressional Record, “a nursing co-worker was taking an aborted Down’s Syndrome baby who was born alive to our Soiled Utility Room because his parents did not want to hold him, and she did not have the time to hold him. I couldn’t bear the thought of this suffering child lying alone in a Soiled Utility Room, so I cradled and rocked him for the 45 minutes that he lived.”
Are you sure you still want to defend any of them?
Gender has nothing to do with abortion.
That case doesn’t sound like an abortion to me.
Sounds like infanticide (murder).
Hell, all the democrats are for full up to 40 week abortions up to the point wear a toe is still stuck in side the mom’s pussy. None them will get my vote.
I think Hillary eats fried fetuses for breakfast. She likes them with catchup and Tabasco. And she washes it down with amniotic fluid.

That is exactly what partial birth abortion is.

I am very much pro choice but at some time, and that time comes when the baby is outside your body and living and breathing on its own its no longer abortion isn´t it?

What are your opinions of an early abortion? Say, in the first 45 days of pregnancy?
I just had my first child so this issue has been on my mind more than in years past having never personally seen the progression from embryo to birth before.

I am against it and think our society should do a better job of promoting adoption and other alternatives.
I do not know if I would make it illegal but I would make it harder to get one in early stages.
Late stage abortion is murder and should only be used if the mothers life is on the line due to very specific conditions.

As for me, I am militant, but correct. It is from conception that I consider it a human life. The reason is that the material and design for a complete human being are present from that point. No information about the design of that human is lost or gained from that point until a complete breakdown of genetic information occurs long after death.
That is my take…I could sense my children’s presence, even from the womb.

What’s the relevance of your question?

This is exactly the relevant question: at what point does the baby have its own independent right to life? And by that, I mean the right to disallow a person to take an action that directly leads to its death and that’s not a medical emergency choice between its life and the life of another (its mother’s).

Thanks.
I still don’t know where I stand on the legality issue but I was amazed to see that little heart beating as early as it was with my son.
That experience definitely changed my mindset to a degree. What degree remains to be seen. Luckily, I’m past the point in my life where I should have to make those decisions.
Well…have decent sex education instead of the crap the Bush administration supports.
I mean…if you can limit unwanted pregnancies you would decrease the number of following abortions…
or does that make too much sense?

Or condoms in highschools?
What don´t you get about sex being inherently evil?
We can have sex ed. right after we have mandated school prayer in the morning.

And here I thought school was a place of learning and not of worship.
I regret not having been a teenager in the US though. Nice Christian girls that save themselves by only having oral and anal sex…
I feel I missed out on something…
