Not really, although we do take that pass no laws establishing a state religion thing somewhat seriously. If Congress were to declare Christianity to be the official religion of the United States, or Judaism, or Islam, or Pastafarianism, then we would have serious constitutional issues.

Depends where you live. Black history month propaganda in the UK does receive government funding. I’m sure state money goes to it in the US, as I remember myself seeing various materials in grade school celebrating the month.
