Synergy is my gym. 
I’ve still never made it to Bev’s. As a non-driver living in NYC it’s a tough one but the energy there, from what i’ve been told, is amazing.
For anyone ever looking to train in NYC, Complete Body 19th Street is pretty solid.
I’m up for that on a weekend sometime. I was there when it was 19th Street Gym. Are you on FB or IG? Obviously, you know my full name, so just look me up and DM me on either one. What area of Manhattan do you reside? I’m in Glen Oaks, Queens, so I am five to ten minute rides to the LIRR in Little Neck and New Hyde Park and E and F trains in Jamaica.
Sparta is a great gym. The first time I was there I recognized most of the equipment from when the owner was part/owner the old Powerhouse right behind Roosevelt field mall many moons ago.
Synergy, my personal home gym for years, is an excellent facility as well, and I’m fairly confident that I could get the manager to comp anyone coming with us.

That’s sounds much better than rainy Oregon.
I grew up in Portland, have all of the rain jokes. Hit two plates on a squat for the first time at Loprinizi’s, went to school with a niece, cool gym.

Sounds more likely than any of us going to frickin’ Scotland like Yogi wants. That’s for sure. 
I thought you trained at Iron Addicts with CT and those guys, or was that a while back?

I’ll linger inside the front entry way for a bit to check for stragglers. Looking forward to seeing whoever can make it. No worries if anyone can’t this time, maybe we’ll try to iron out something for a recurring basis.

I trained at metro flex for 2 years but moved in 2013, loooove that place. One if the main things I miss about living there

Seemed like half museum, half gym. Worth a trip in my opinion, can smell the sweat from years of iron heads.
