What gyms are near you? I know myself and a good number of others have taken little trips before.

I’m in Long Beach and train at Synergy, there’s also a NYSC in town. There are numerous gyms within driving distance though … Retro Fitness in Freeport, LA Fitness in a couple different locations…
Let me know available Saturdays or Sundays and I will meet up. I know exactly of the gyms you are talking about.
I’m still here in Westbury. I’d be down for jumping into something on a weekend. Sunday’s are easier, but whatever.
Bev’s in Syosset is also always an option. I think there’s another recent T Nation member who’s doing a lot of training there recently. Some whippersnapper with a big show coming up next month.
Whippersnappers! I’m 11 weeks out from a powerlifting comp… Sunday is speed bench day plus a whole bunch of upper body hypertrophy so that should fit well with whatever you guys are doing bodybuilding-wise.

Ha, Levittown is my old stomping ground. I grew up in Wantagh, in Levittown school district.
Yeah, I technically live in Plainedge, but I’m in that twisted corner that is Seaford, Plainedge, North Massapequa, Wantagh, Bethpage, and Levittown.
My kids go to Island Trees, our church is around the block and it is in Seaford, but, the fire department across the street from the church is Bethpage, but it’s not my fire department. Mine is the Wantagh fire department, which is on the property of Levittown schools, go figure.
And, my nearest library is the Plainedge library, which is actually in North Massapequa.
So, I’m not from around here, and this shit confuzzles me.
And, to make it worse, while I technically live in Plainedge, which is a part of the Town of Oyster Bay, I actually live in the Town of Hempstead. So, while I have a Levittown zip code, I cannot go to Levittown pools because I technically live in the Town of Oyster Bay…even though my insurance company bills me for the Town of Hempstead.
New York is fucked up Bro.

But, I have a decent gym, a bunch of old school shit jammed into a small space, but, four squat racks and two dead lift pits.
Its good and very clean but a bit on the pricey side.
$30 per month, I thought it was affordable.
