Nutrition Help

I know that nutrition is very important part in making your body look good. I have changed my protein intake to about 220g because I am 210lbs. I read in several magazines that you need at least 1g/lb of body weight. My main problem is knowing how much carbs I need. Also what kind of carbs I should be consuming. Right now I know that my balance is off but if someone could help me with this I would appreciate it.

Carb intake is entirely dependent on your goals.

What are your goals?

All your macros depend on your goals and the individual.

Also dont forget the fats they are just as important as the others.
