Nutrition for Your Dog

Here is one of my baby! He is about as spoiled as they get…

Rowdy.

i use california natural chicken and rice, and supplement with raw beef 1-3 times a week.

since we are also mentioning pet peeves in this thread, here is one of mine:

guys with small penises exagerating the weight of their “bad ass guy dog” of choice.

pretty much everyone i know who owns an amstaff or pit bull or rotweiler, etc, says they weigh 150-200lbs.

take a look at the great dane in my profile. most people who see him will say he is the biggest dog they have ever seen, and he towers over and dwarfs 99% of the dogs we meet on walks at the dog park.

his weight, 130lbs.

i got him as a rescue, his owners said he weight 170lbs, i said no way, as i have giant breed dog experience, and have seen what a true 170lb dog looks like, but they SWORE they put him on the vet scale recently. guess how much he weight when i got him 2 years ago? 118lbs.

there is a newfoundland who is abnormally tall for the breed that i see at the dog park everynow and then, and he goes to the same vet i do. i have seen him on the scale there. he is the biggest dog i have ever seen. he is sort of famous around here, cuz he has been mistaken for a bear by park officials numerous times.

yes, he is THAT big. my dane is 36 inches at the back, and 130lbs. he is 40 inches at the back, and weight? 170lbs.

the bulldog in my profile, also a rescue, owners said he weighed 133lbs, swore it was an accurate vet scale weight, and recent, actual weight? 118lbs.

I’m in the process of trying to fill out one of my dogs. The boxer/lab mix, he’s too skinny! He’s up to a whopping 67 lbs. now though. haha He’ll be three this month though so and from what I’ve read, boxers don’t tend to fill out until right about now.

This is my badass 16 pound malamute. (at 10 weeks)

He gets blue wilderness now and loves it. It’s one that petsmart carries.

What a cutie!

My dog Jack, 2 and 1/2 years old.

I feed him wellness core and his coat is amazing. Doesn’t shed as much as he used too on pedigree and has way more energy. Stuff is expensive around 55$ for a 27 lb bag I think.

My Pudelpointer Stella. 55 pounds of bird finding fury. Most affectionate dog I have ever owned. However, when the tailgate drops, the bullshit stops.

I agree. Great dogs. Beautiful wife. Good looking kids. It appears that you have much to be greatful for.
