I mega-dosed at 30 grams a day for almost a month before I felt any difference in my joints. Relax don’t worry.
Thanks for all the replies. I guess it just varies a lot what works for people! Many do notice the effects with just 4-6 Flameout? I’ve always taken at least 3-4 a day, I just didn’t know if I should really increase. The studies I read tend to say even just 3-4g. is enough to see benefits. I have a lot of joint issues though so my body needs things to help it heal.
