3rd bench booty is up…may want to try to widen the stance a little, wider stance makes it harder for the booty to leave the bench.

My coach said he almost called you on this on your second attempt. I’m having the same problem. I struggle with really long shins. Can’t remember if yours are long?

Thanks Vicki, I tried the wider stance today and my back arch increased!

Snap: good to know, because I felt my butt rise on that second attempt, but I got the lights, so I figured I was good. In fact, I have comically short shins for my overall size so no excuses there!

Loved the videos! I didn’t think you were skinny. You looked just right to me.

How you run on a treadmill is beyond me. I’d slit my wrists too (kidding!). But I’m glad things are going well for you.

And you aren’t “missing” kickboxing. You are choosing not to prioritize it. Just letting you know my bullshit-o-meter went off on that one.
