Damn you look lean, Omo! Look at that flat tummy and that quad sweep and those hammies! Would nomnomnom.

Anyways, emphasis on “short amount of time” - I doubt you’ve done much damage. And even if you have, not only do you have the muscle memory to get you back to where you were at strengthwise, but you have a whole shitload of knowledge to trim off the fat safetly and smartly.

You got this girl!
Thanks babe! I figure if I can get my eating in check I’ll feel alot better. The boy is really sick again…he passed out at work yesterday and spent the remainder of the day in the ER. The mono is back full force so I’ve ordered him to stay away from the gym for three weeks. He’s crushed. Since he’s a recovering addict his lifting is so intertwined with his sobriety that he’s hesitant to stay away. He had just finally gotten most of his strength back and then it hit again. I’m gonna try to just fit some cardio in and use his resting time to properly heal my arm.
Aw man, poor guy! Sounds like he needs your support now more than anything, so definitely be sure to take care of yourself during this time too. Don’t want you to get run-down yourself!

I think its definitely a good idea to synch up your “healing schedules”! lol! You can nurture each other, as lame as that sounds (altho Maschy’s sentimental world, it sounds awesome!)

Perhaps you keep the eats in check and focus on some BW stuff that you can do at home? Plyo-work a la “Never Gymless” with some added cardio will kick your mother fucking ass! I mean look at guys who just got out of the pen! They’re ripped! And this way you won’t spend hours at the gym while your man can’t…just a thought.

Love ya girlie!

And Happy Thanksgiving!

Love you too! And your ideas are very very good ones.

Nurturing each other is exactly what we’re doing (not lame at all…I am romantic like that too ha!) I went and bought that supp that Hallie mentioned earlier and even in his catatonic state this morning he said “remember to take your tendon stuff” lol! The problem is that the italian in me just wants to go home and cook and cook and cook for him until he feels better

OH EM GHEEEE~!
So Crazy.
I was coming in here to ask if The Boy had ever been tested for Mono! Damn so that IS what it IS. The good news is that he will recover… the bad news man that shit HANGS AROUND FOREVAH!
Damn.

I’m with Masch regarding letting yourself go. ITs been such a short time its not like you have changed THAT MUCH. You’re just a lil extra insulated but that same beautiful body is your pretty much whenever you want it. Don’t be hard on yourself please (thats what I’m here for mean mean Hallowed LOL).

Eating first… and it doesn’t have to be perfect just reasonable. That alone will put you right on track. I PWOMISE.

Yeah he’s the one who had it first (got it back in JULY!!) then gave it to me. Luckily mine didn’t stick around…he on the other hand is a fuckin mess.

Mean mean Hallowed is kinda hawt, I’m not gonna lie

I’m turning this hallowed/masch tag team into a menois-a-trois! Let’s baby step this slump. Everyone gets the winter lazies/busies and I’m as guilty as the next gal. Just do something in the right direction. Then do it again the next day.

Build momentum. I don’t think a spring show is outta the question, but you know how the competing season goes: alllllll the way to November! If not April, check out your may options. I believe in you.

Selfishly, I also wanna watch. You always inspire us.

As for the man, I hope he gets better :frowning: poor guy!

As for those pictures from brazil: can I please be you?! Kthx!
