i usually only workout for about 45 minutes and do two body parts per day and if i’m doing chest and back my workout would be like this…i’ll post more workout plans if you want to see them.
bench press 3sets wide 1set close
pullups 2sets wide 2sets close
incline bench
tbar row wide
peck fly
lat pull
i always get to a plateau a little less than 147lbs. i started at around 120lbs, so it’s not bad. my main problem was my diet…i didn’t have one…ate the same before i started working out with the exception of eating a few cans of tuna a week and weight gainer shakes…if you need to gain i’d recomend taking a weight gainer and adding oatmeal…not the greatest taste but i think it’s pretty effective.
and your diet is where you roughly get 80% of your results. you’ll actually have better results if you had a bad workout plan, but a great diet then if you had the best workout plan and a bad diet.
…my opinion…love to hear your criticizm.

You should put down some more calories when you hit a plateaue, its as simple as that at this level. Maybe switched plans for a few months. I like west side for skinny bastards 3. Read the article massive eating. Apply what you learned in both articles consistantly for a year and you’ll easily break 150. You may have to gain some fat, don’t worry about it. Fat loss is a walk in the park compared to putting on muscle.
How is 165 going to make you feel good …
And then i suppose when you get to 165 your going to cut and lose about 5-10 lbs so say 155…
Seriously DO NOT stop at 165.
Theres enough wanna be anorexics around, no need for you to be 1
i’m 5’10 i just wanna get up to 165 to see how i look…most likely i won’t be too satisfied and i’ll wanna add on weight. i’m pretty determined, so we’ll see what happens and how long it’ll take. i’m going to post the back and legs pictures as soon as i get a camera to use.
im 5’ 9 and i was initially 190lb which was small and i began cutting and now im a midget at 177lb. i cant wait to get 200+ again, definately go past 165lb dude

You make gaining mass sound easy…You are in for a rude awakening, Son…

It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks in the long run if you’re happy with yourself. If it were me, I don’t think you should stop at 165. I’d be curious to see your transformation in terms of bulk. I think it’ll be difficult for you but anything that’s worth while definatly isn’t easy.

You said you wanted to add 20 lbs…so you’d be happy at a little less than 167? Are you about 5 6 or 5 7?

guess you’re not shorter…Dude seriously…I mean it’ll be nice to get close to 170, so it’s better than 130 or whatever you were before. But it’s like running a marathon and stopping 1/4 of the way through…
