I’m on 500mg test E weekly, 300 mg tren ace weekly, 40 mg anavar ed, Anastrozole 0.5 mg eod… I’m not feeling hungry at all its like I’m forcing myself to eat. what could be the reason should i add eq?
Yes i have used tren ace before but i didn’t notice that much before… I’m trying to gain lean muscle mass…i tried papaya enzyme, glutamine but nothing seems to work… Eq equal to test will be fine right? Or should i lower the dose??
I havent been for years, since i started building size. I didnt even know hunger exists when you bulk. Anyway, hunger has nothing to do with eating. Consider it a resistance, just like in the gym.

But hunger is not something anyone should care for. You what you need, no matter the hunger.

Dropping Var and tren temporarily will help you see if they are contributing to the lack of appetite which is very likely. Additionally, you can add EQ to boost appetite, but I would start with identifying the substance responsible.
A possible solution related to tren is to switch to Tren AQ. It w ill provide power and aggression for about 4 hours then drop off, meaning the sides drop off, meaning appetite would go up.

Loss of appetite on orals is a documented thing. It’s the impact on your liver (before you say Var is mild, it still has some impact). That would be my first guess

Ive done several tren cycles and never feel particularly hungry. PS only 40 mg of oxandrolone is a waste of money. Go with winstrol and equipoise
Anavar and tren could both be the problem, for different reasons.
Now, orals in general can kill your appetite by placing stress on the liver. Liver issues, often lead to lack of appetite.
However, anavar is metabolised mostly by the kidneys, not the liver (an exception among orals), BUT it can be hard on the digestive system.
Tren is well known for causing stomach/digestive problems. It is associated with acid reflux and overall stomach issues, even up to causing ulcers. Anecdotally, lot of competitive bodybuilders report a drop in appetite when using tren (gut issues reduces appetite.
My money is on the tren causing it.
