boner pills? you mean viagra? no trt?

Agreed.
I have decided to continue with the levels that I have and just do the small changes in order to increase my test levels hopefully.

Yeah, generic sildenafil. I only used them for a few months and I felt like I was building up a tolerance, so I stopped.

Can’t tell as of now taking this week as a pretty much rest week the joints became really sore so decided to take kind of a deload. It actually motivated me to push harder so i dont think performance will suffer. Will update you on Monday.

i was thinking of taking a deload (full week without gym) to recover. ive been feeling run down, no energy, motivation, etc and one shoulder hurts + my strength as decreased. i dont know if i should take a deload tho.

Yeah, I think that’s a good time to take it easy.

I usually take an extra rest day if I feel extra run down.

Levels can fluctuate a lot. Upper 400s at night might be totally average.

Testosterone will not make a huge difference in training. One of the strongest (600 deadlift 405 bench at 200) and jacked guys I know had levels of 150 before trt.

Testosterone is a smaller factor then genetics.

That being said if you have low T, you may feel pretty awful.

Are you the Incredible Hulk yet? Just wondering bro

yeah wtf his deload weeks are just one day off lolll

Today I went to the gym just because I wanted to had a full body workout about 50-60 percent with not much volume and I felt greaaat like really great the pumps were amazing so yea I don’t think knowing my t levels are low is affecting me much my mood is pretty much the same. The strength part I’ll get to know on Monday tho

I’ll ask you this, are you frequently stressed out? Stress can have a fairly major effect on testosterone levels, prolonged sleep deprivation (say you didn’t get enough sleep for a week straight) by itself can drop testosterone concentrations by 10-15 percent! Was this test taken in the morning, men’s testosterone levels tend to peak in the morning and nadir in the evening.

Another thing to be aware of is that every individual is different, given you don’t seem to be experiencing symptoms of low T, your testosterone concentrations may be all your body requires for optimal function. some guys will feel like shit at 470, others will feel on top of the world.

Also if you feel sore… Take a break, trust me it’s NOT worth the injury

Backstory, my natty T levels were a bit over 1000ng/DL, something felt slightly off once I dipped below 450ng/DL however I didn’t really start to feel absolutely shit until I was 250ng/dl with my lowest ever reading (private blood test) being below 150ng/DL!

@SOUL_FIGHTER out of curiousity how do you feel now? Has the various lifestyle changes fixed the source of your low T?

Used to be stressed around 5 months or so ago my test was even lower back then around 380 ish but now I’m completely stress free. One advice would be to carefully choose who you come in a relationship with. A wrong person can increase your stress a whole lot. I don’t have sore joints now took this whole week off there’s just some slight pain in knees and elbows. I do warmups for my knees and elbows and the pain is negligible.

what about if i feel tired, weight lo feeling foggy but not sore joints or pain. should i take deload or fix something? my t is at 180 tho

I feel amazing. I often feel sluggish and run down if I don’t take breaks to unwind during the day.

I often take carb up and take a nap before I train, which helps with fatigue I feel once I get off work. B0ners are rock solid in the AM, and there were a few times before where this was an issue. Also got black out curtains so I can sleep in pure darkness no matter what time of day.

A few weeks ago, I was cat sitting/house sitting and it messed me up sleep wise. They had light curtains that had me up at 5AM, and when I was driving back from my house, I would get there by 11ish and not fall asleep by 1 or 2 AM, but I was still hitting big daily minimums and PRing (Was doing Bulgarian at the time).

To be honest, I don’t know if my low T was actually improved or not, but I do feel less tired.

So you fall asleep during the day feel better but don’t know if it fixed your low t and your on here giving advice?

I’m here stating the obvious that a 17 year old kid with test in the 400s doesn’t need TRT

Lol are you a doctor

Lol you don’t need to be a doctor to know that a 17 year old with test in the 400s doesn’t need TRT
