Non-Jittery Pre-Workout

Any recommendation for this? My wife loved power drive, but hasn’t been happy with anything since everything else makes her “jittery.”

What is making her jittery?
Caffeine?
Beta alanine?

No Caffeine
No Niacin
No Nitric oxide booster
Good Flavor

I’m coming up blank, so I figured I’d ask the council.

My suggestion of sex was not the appropriate pre-workout answer.

What about an electrolyte drink?

In terms of actual preworkout, I’m pretty sure caffiene, naicin and beta alanine are responsible for most of the effect bc they’re what you can acutely “feel”

I’m not sure what was in power drive but I know some of the less expensive brand with the tiny serving sizing are very low doses on all ingredients. Some of the better brands out there carry a much larger dosage.
Look for stim free with a 10-15g serving size.
It’s hard to really recommend something as it’s kind of a try and see if you like it. Some things could have virtually the same ingredients but in different dosages and it’s a totally different effect.

Sounds like shes asking for coffee to keep her up, but decaf because she doesnt want to be too awake.

Intra workout nutrition is probably a better call in this case :slight_smile:
