I got 25mg Nolva pills. Can I do 50/50/25/25/12.5 for PCT or would it be too much? Also, is there a something like Nolva tolerance? Like if next time I get 20mg pills and do 40/40/20/20/10 will it not work because I took too much this time?

That’s perfectly fine. Nolva is the more friendly of the SERMs when it comes to side effects, so you should be good. ASAIK there is no tolerance buildup for Nolva.
Iron, what’s your take on nolva vs. torem or raloxifene for pct?
Nolva, and it’s not particularly close. Torem was big years ago, Ralox is much less effective (though great for gyno). Nolva has some clinical trials that measured its effectiveness in treating hypogonadal men and it was far and away the most efficacious. Couple that with the lower incidence of serious side effects and it’s your best bet.
