Hey guys. I recently finished my test-e cycle of 1,000mg/week for 10 weeks. I got a research grade bottle of Nolvadex for my PCT, I’m just not sure the correct doesage and time span. I’ve been told that I should take 150mg daily for two weeks, 100 for another two, and 50 for two more. Is this correct?

I mean you could do that if you really want to screw yourself up. 40mg per day for 2 weeks, then 20mg per day for 2 more weeks. 40/40/20/20 is the gold standard. That’s all you will most likely need. More doesn’t necessarily mean better.
