Nolva Instead of Adex on Cycle?

I think my supplier gave me Nolvadex instead of Arimidex. I have to take .5-1mg or else my nips will hurt. If it is Nolva, that’s 10-20mg, considering nolva is usually 20mg per pill and adex is 1mg per pill. If I take half a pill in the morning, then by night or next morning my nipples will ache and hurt to touch. I’ve been feeling extremely tired (not depressed or moody) and my joints do not hurt. Gonna guess I have elevated estrogen in my body.

I’m taking 500mg/week test e. No other gear.
This is my second cycle. No problems first cycle with different adex supplier.

Some questions:
Is Nolva effective enough to manage estrogen on cycle?
How much Nolvadex is usually used to manage elevated estrogen levels such as mine?
Will I grow bitch tits with my current regimen?

Nolva is effective only at managing gyno during cycle. You can run it at 10-20mg/day during cycle for management. It will not assist with other E2 issues but it blocks the receptors in the breast tissue. IMO its better than running an AI if that’s your only issue.

500mg/week seems quite a hefty dose. Is that not more likely the root cause of the problem ?
