Anyone that can give me advice to help I appreciate it. I think I know what I need to do here, but want to get a couple opinions. And yes I read the Gyno Sticky. My question is just a bit more specific.
Starting week 4 of my Test only cycle. So far I’ve been running at 600mg per week, with the first week actually being around 900mg. I now plan to run at 450mg for 8 weeks starting today.
I’m looking to decrease my dose to help reduce my Gyno flare. I’m highly sensitive to estrogen now, since getting gyno once a couple years ago.
I’ve been running Arimidex since the beginning. Started at 0.5mg EOD week one. Increased to 1mg EOD recently as I am still seeing progression in my sypmptoms. Thinking of going 1mg Every Day. If that fails I feel there are few options… One being quit cycle and start Letro (don’t want to do this), the other being stay on cycle and start Letro. But I don’t really want to abolish all my estrogen as my joints got extremely sore last time I used it.
Think a higher Arim dose should be tried first? How about quit the AI and switch to a SERM for the duration of the cycle, then start Letro after during PCT?
I hate puffy nips, URGHHHH!! But also don’t want to ruin this cycle by anhialating all Estrogen if I can get around that.
My Arimidex is research grade. I have used this supplier in the past for all my needs and have not been disappointed (I know it’s legit), but obviously can’t be sure that the labeled dosage is accurate or not.
They are 1mg capsules (cut with chocoloate powder…LOL).
YOGI, thanks man, I knew you’d chime in. I do have a package of Nolvadex 40mg capsules. I haven’t started them because I read that Arimidex and Nolva when taken together counter act eachother. (Blood serum levels of Arimidex being greatly diminished by the Nolva). However if you have real world experience running them together I’ll take your word for it. So far your advice has been on the Level.
I would add the nolva, definitely. I have heard about nolva lowering effectiveness of adex, but considering your dose of adex is so high (assuming its legit) and it’s still not cutting the mustard, then I don’t see how the nolva could hurt. If you’re really worried about that, you could use clomid instead (it’ll stop E binding to the receptors in dem titties as well). Really, for the cycle you’re doing, 1mg of adex eod should have your E in the shitter as is…
If that doesn’t cut it then add the letro. Don’t be too scared of low E - it comes back pretty quickly on cycle once you stop the letro. I’d rather have achy knees and a lowered sex drive for a week than gyno!
I would also get some pharm grade stuff next time. Even reputable research companies fuck up on occasion. I personally got burned by a VERY reputable company that decided one day just to send out a load of bunk shite then disappear off the face of the earth. Can’t name names but it’d been widely used for years.
just did a tiny bit of google research and came up with this:
“In conclusion, the results of this study confirm that anastrozole does not affect the pharmacokinetics of tamoxifen when the two drugs are given in combination to post-menopausal women with early breast cancer. In addition, the oestradiol suppressant effects of anastrozole appear unaffected by tamoxifen”
basically, nolva doesn’t affect adex after all. Happy days!

Sweet!! Thanks brother. I’ll start today. I feel the Arimidex is legit, and I probably should clarify… The pain and itchiness is getting better, especially at 1mg EOD, but the puffiness is progressing. Also it’s only been a couple weeks, and maybe it needs time to get stable in my blood.
I’ll start dosing Nolva and see if it helps. Also I quit sustanon and am now on Enanthate only to have a more stable level.

Is it my imagination, or does Nolva become active right away? I took 20mg about two to three hours ago, and already the nips feel extremely little irritation, compared to this morning when I started this thread.
